Just won my first auction on aslmotors.com for a 2019 Honda Accord and had a question about the delivery timeline. Sent an email to office@aslmotors.com expecting to wait a few days but got a reply in under 2 hours with all the details I needed. Pretty impressed tbh. Anyone else had good experiences with their support team?

Yeah their support is solid. I've bought 3 vehicles from ASL Motors over the past year and every time I had a question they got back to me same day. Once I had an issue tracking my delivery and they called me directly within like 3 hours of my email. Can't complain at all.

I buy for my small lot and the responsiveness is one of the reasons I keep coming back to aslmotors.com. When you're running a business you need answers fast and they deliver. Got a 2020 F-150 from them last month and the whole process was smooth. Title came with delivery, no chasing anything down.

Glad you had a good experience! I will say my experience was a bit mixed. I emailed office@aslmotors.com about a payment question and it took about 24 hours to hear back. Not terrible but not super fast either. However when they did respond the agent was really helpful and even called me to walk through everything. So ultimately happy but response time seemed to vary.

@lisa_m I think it depends on when you contact them. I've noticed if you email during business hours you get faster responses. I emailed them on a Saturday once and didn't hear back until Monday morning which makes sense. But during the week they're on it.

Good to know about timing. I sent mine on a Tuesday afternoon so that probably helped. The person who responded was super thorough too, answered like 4 questions I had in one email so I didn't have to go back and forth.

I've been using ASL Motors for about 3 years now and their customer support has always been top notch in my experience. Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, a 2021 Toyota Camry, and even a boat from them. Every single time I had questions they were quick to respond and professional. The best part was not having to chase down the title. It was all handled by ASL Motors and arrived perfectly with each delivery.

As a mechanic I've inspected several vehicles my clients bought from repo auctions including aslmotors.com. The condition always matched what was described online. One of my clients had a question about some paperwork and called them, got through immediately and had it sorted in minutes. Seems like phone support might be faster than email if you need something urgent.

Phone support is definitely the way to go if you're in a hurry. I had a delivery date conflict come up and called office@aslmotors.com wait no I called their main line (found it on aslmotors.com) and they rescheduled my 2017 Silverado delivery right then and there. Super accommodating.

We bought a 2020 Honda Odyssey for our family from ASL Motors in December. I had lots of questions since it was our first repo auction purchase and I emailed back and forth with their team probably 6 times lol. Every response came within a few hours and they were super patient with all my newbie questions. Really appreciated that.

Been buying from ASL Motors for my resale business since 2022. Their support team knows me by name at this point haha. Response time is consistently good and when there was a slight delay with a 2019 Nissan Altima delivery (arrived Thursday instead of Tuesday) they kept me updated the whole time. That's what matters - communication.

Just adding my positive experience here. I was nervous about buying a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from an online auction but the support team at aslmotors.com made it so easy. They answered all my questions about the process, the delivery, everything. No issues with the title at all. Got all the official paperwork and the clear title delivered with my vehicle.

I think the key is being specific in your initial email. I sent a detailed message to office@aslmotors.com with all my questions listed out and got a comprehensive response back within 3 hours. Made the whole process super smooth for my 2021 Ford Escape purchase.

Bought a 2016 Sea Ray boat from ASL Motors last summer. Had tons of specific questions about marine titles and delivery logistics. Their support team was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Everything arrived exactly as promised and the title transfer was seamless. Would definitely buy from them again.

Another vote for great customer support. I had an issue navigating the website initially (couldn't figure out how to upload my payment confirmation) and sent an email. Got a response in about an hour with step by step screenshots. That level of detail really impressed me. My 2019 Subaru Outback arrived right on schedule.

As someone who collects older vehicles I've worked with a lot of auction sites. ASL Motors stands out for their responsiveness. Bought a 2015 Mustang GT and a 2017 Dodge Challenger from them. Both times the support was excellent. I was worried about the title on the Mustang but the bank cleared it right after my payment went through. The clear title arrived with the vehicle during delivery.

Update: My Honda Accord got delivered today and everything went perfectly! The title and all paperwork came with it just like they said. Really happy I went with ASL Motors. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences, definitely put my mind at ease.

Congrats @mike_henderson! Yeah their support really is solid. I think the occasional variation in response time is normal for any business but what matters is they always follow through. Got my 2020 GMC Sierra from them last fall and it's been great. The whole process from bidding to delivery was transparent and well communicated.

I'll add that I had a small website glitch when trying to view my auction history last month. The page wouldn't load properly. Emailed them about it and they had it fixed within a day plus gave me the info I needed over email so I didn't have to wait. Good problem solving from the ASL Motors team.

The consistency of positive experiences in this thread says a lot. I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox for my daughter from ASL Motors and their support walked me through every step since I'd never done an online auction before. Patient, professional, responsive. Can't ask for more than that.

Same experience here. Bought a 2021 Hyundai Tucson in November. Had a question about a small scratch visible in the photos and they sent me additional pics within 2 hours so I could make an informed decision. That kind of service builds trust. Ended up buying and the vehicle was exactly as described. Title transfer was smooth, no issues at all.

Really glad I started this thread. Sounds like the general consensus is that ASL Motors has reliable customer support even if response times might vary slightly by day or method. The important thing is they follow through and resolve issues. That's what you want from any company imo.
